Free night for 18-26 year olds with live music, a fashion show, a photobooth and food at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
Vision and Voice: Young Adult Night takes over the Minneapolis Institute of Art on Thursday, November 12, from 6 PM. It's a free night for 18-to-26-year-olds, hosted by Vesta Minneapolis, and built around the exhibition Paris Couture.
That exhibition is the real draw. It brings more than 80 haute couture garments from the Palais Galliera in Paris to Mia's Target Galleries, spanning the late 19th century to today. You'll see work from houses like Dior, Balenciaga, Schiaparelli and Grรจs, with pieces by Madeleine Vionnet and Matthieu Blazy. It's a touring show, and after Minneapolis, it moves on to the Saint Louis Art Museum from March 6 to June 13, 2027, so this is your window to catch it here.
The night itself is more than just walking through the galleries. There's live music, food, a photobooth and a Vision and Voice fashion show, with guests encouraged to show up in their best look and walk the runway. You can also try your hand at fashion sketching, add to a collective Vision and Voice origami garment and play games. It's a social night for the 18-to-26 crowd to connect with peers around the clothes.
