Indie rock band Interlay performs with special guests 12th House Sun and abalone at the 7th St Entry, presented by Slow Hang.
Interlay play the 7th St Entry on Saturday, October 17, with 12th House Sun and abalone opening. The night is presented by Slow Hang.
Interlay's third EP, Snow Covers Your Insides, takes its title from the poetry of Sylvia Plath, and the language they draw on blends soft beauty with graveyard imagery. It's the record they're bringing to this set.
12th House Sun is a trans-fronted alt rock and shoegaze band from Minneapolis, fronted by vocalist Kyle Schultz and rounded out by guitarists Ry Shea and Gabriel Miller and bassist Bee. Abalone is a Minneapolis three-piece whose debut EP, Machina, evolves the sound of trip hop for a new generation. Both are local acts, so the whole bill stays within the city.
