Evening of five keynote presentations, a moderated panel discussion and networking reception on how AI is reshaping business, by the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Minnesota.
AI Transformation in Global and Local Business comes to the American Swedish Institute on Thursday, October 29, from 4:45 PM to 7:30 PM. It's put on by the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Minnesota, which first tackled AI back in February 2026. They're returning to the subject now because the technology is moving faster than ever, and the whole point of the evening is to separate the hype from the real, scalable impact it's having on business.
The night is built around five short keynote presentations, followed by a moderated panel discussion and a Q&A. Emanuel Ekstrom opens with 'AI in Sales,' and Quinton Krueger follows with 'Intellectual Property in AI.' Charlie Follen takes on 'AI Use with Public Cloud Providers,' Jenny Larsson speaks on 'AI Implementation Challenges in Global Business,' and Dr. Toby J. Velte closes the talks with 'Leadership and Workforce Transformation in the Age of AI.' Carl-Johan Torarp moderates the panel that brings them all together.
The speakers come from different worlds, and that's where the evening gets its range. Jenny Larsson is a 2026 Global CIO 100 honoree and a Gartner-recognized keynote speaker. Dr. Toby J. Velte is an AI and strategy leader at London Business School who holds a PhD in Computational Neuroscience. Between them, the perspectives stretch from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, so you'll hear about AI from the ground up and from the top down.

It's at the American Swedish Institute, 2600 Park Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55407, on Thursday, October 29, from 4:45 PM to 7:30 PM.
