Stand-up comedy show by Sofie Hagen, a Danish comedian who won Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Festival in 2015.
Sofie Hagen brings I Think Some Of This Is My Fault to Contact Theatre on Thursday 29 April 2027, starting at 7:30pm in Space 1. It's a stand-up show that runs in two halves, the first 65-75 minutes and the second 30-40, with an interval in between. It's rated 16+ for strong language.
Hagen is a Danish comedian who learned English at the age of four so she could move to the UK and do stand-up. She won Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Festival in 2015 and spent the years between 2016 and 2024 building her following by being both funny and angry online. This show comes from her asking herself, after witnessing the rise of fascism, whether she did the right thing and what she'll say with her last remaining freedom of speech. Critics have described her as 'eye-catchingly odd and disarmingly honest'.
