Richy Ahmed performs on the decks at Sankeys' new Sidney Street venue, alongside Luca 606 and Alex Bourne.
Richy Ahmed is on the decks at Sankeys on Saturday 17 October, part of the venue's 'Sankeys Saturdays' series. He's not alone on the bill, either: Luca 606 and Alex Bourne are joining him for the night, so you've got three names across the booth rather than just one.
There's a bit of a moment around this one. Sankeys is running it from their new Sidney Street venue, and the night is billed as 'The legend returns. A new era for Sankeys begins.' It's a bit of a statement, then, and not just about the music. They've also added a 'no phones' rule to the mix, which changes the whole feel of the room when everyone's actually looking at the dancefloor instead of their screens. Capacity is limited, so it's not going to be a massive, packed-to-the-rafters kind of night, and entry is over-18s only.

On the practical side, it runs from 11:00pm to 4:00am, with last entry at 1:00am, so you've got a fair window to get in and settle in. Tickets go from £16.50 up to £33, depending on when you grab them. If you're planning on it, getting them sorted early is probably the way to go, given the limited capacity they've mentioned. It's at 4 Sidney St, Manchester M1 7HB.
