Late Nights in The Nest returns to The Nest at Treehouse Hotel Manchester on Thursday 15 October, from 6pm. It's a music-led cocktail spot with sweeping views over the city, and this is one of the weekend nights that keep it running late into the early hours.
The sound is the work of Manchester figures Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, who go by the name The Unas. They build their sets from soul, disco, house and funk, and the whole thing is rounded out by local selectors who help shape the room's atmosphere. It's the kind of night that starts in the evening and carries on well into the early hours, so you can drop in for a drink and stay as long as you like.
Beyond the music, there's an extensive cocktail and wine list to work through, and a menu of small plates made for sharing. The Nest is a music-led cocktail destination, so the drinks and the DJ set sit side by side rather than one taking over from the other. It's a room with views across the city, and the music runs from the early evening right through to the early hours, with The Unas handling the weekend programming.
