Hands-on Workshop: Wreath Making

The Lab at Aviva Studios is hosting a wreath-making workshop on Sunday 13 December, from 2pm to 4pm. It's a two-hour session where you make your own Christmas wreath from a mix of provided materials, so you don't need to bring anything with you. The idea is to come away with something completely unique rather than a kit you just assemble by the numbers.

The whole thing is curated and facilitated by The Creative Tangent, whose festive programme brings local choirs, bands and workshops to Aviva Studios this winter. They're the ones providing the materials and the creative support on the day, so if you've never touched a wreath before, you'll have someone there to help you through it. It's a hands-on afternoon rather than a demonstration, with the focus on making your own thing from start to finish.

One thing to keep in mind: the workshop is for over-18s only, so it's an adults-only session. Tickets are free, but you do need to book in advance to get a spot. It runs from 2pm to 4pm at The Lab, inside Aviva Studios in St John's, Manchester, M3 4JQ.
