High-energy electronic music night featuring hardcore, gabber, hardtek, donk and jumpstyle, headlined by goreshit.
Ghouls Club is back at The DBA on Monday 12 October, with goreshit taking the main slot. It's a night that leans heavily into high-energy electronic music, pulling from hardcore, gabber, hardtek, donk and jumpstyle — the kind of fast, heavy stuff that keeps a dancefloor moving rather than something you'd just stand and listen to.
goreshit is the big draw for this edition. If you're not familiar, the project started out in black metal before shifting into lolicore and breakcore, so there's a fair bit of ground covered there. That transition from metal to the faster, more fragmented sounds of breakcore is a good way to get a sense of what to expect: high BPMs and a lot of energy. It's a long way from where the project began, and that shift sits right in the middle of the kind of sound Ghouls Club builds its nights around.

As for the practical side, the night kicks off at 20:00 at The DBA, 95 Cheetham Hill Rd, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 8PY. It's listed as running through to Wednesday 14 October, so it's a long one. Tickets start from £5.00 via ra.co, which is a low enough entry point to make it an easy one to drop into if you're around.
