Darius Syrossian takes to the decks at Sankeys with his genre-blending electronica, joined by Rudanec and Miruna Ghica.
Darius Syrossian is back at Sankeys on Saturday 24 October, his first return to the venue in a while. He's the main draw for the night, and the club is billing him as a 'conquering hero' returning to a room he knows well. It's part of Sankeys' autumn programming, so it's one of the bigger nights they've got lined up for the season.
Syrossian takes to the decks with his genre-blending electronica, and he's not playing alone. He's joined by Rudanec, who shifts the vibe towards underground house, UK garage and grime-infused club tracks, and Miruna Ghica, who brings percussive house to the mix. Between the three of them, the night covers a fair bit of ground, moving from Syrossian's broader electronic sound into the deeper house and garage territory Rudanec handles, with Ghica's percussive house sitting somewhere in the middle. It's a full night of DJs rather than a single set, so the energy should shift as the hours go by.

If you're planning to head down, it's a late one: it runs from 11pm through to 4am, so you've got five hours of music to work through. Sankeys is on Sidney Street, M1 7HB, right in the heart of the city. Tickets start from £16.88, and with the 4am finish, it's definitely one for the late-night crowd.
