Weekly Wednesday stand-up night at Comedy Freaks in Kings Cross, with a resident DJ between sets and entry from £7.
Comedy Freaks is running its Wednesday night show on 21 October, at its club on Caledonian Road in Kings Cross. It's part of a weekly run that goes on every Wednesday, so if this particular date doesn't work, there's another one the following week.
The club pitches the Wednesday night as an alternative to the weekend: the same quality of line-up and stand-up energy on a school night, with a resident DJ keeping things moving between sets. The bill mixes comedians you'll see on Live at the Apollo with breakout stars, so you'll get a few recognisable names alongside newer acts. The room is a short walk from Kings Cross Station, and the club offers drink-deal tickets if you're planning on having a few while you're there. The venue has amassed thousands of five-star reviews over time.
