This Feeling celebrates its 20th anniversary with live bands, guest DJs and a photo gallery at 229, for over-16s only.
This Feeling is celebrating its 20th birthday at 229 on Saturday 24 October, with a party that runs from 7:00pm through to 2:00am the next morning. The night is built around live bands, guest DJs and a photo gallery, and it's hosted by John Kennedy.
On the live side, The Slates, Long Island and Fitzroy Holt take the stage. The DJ booth is shared by The Clause, Katie Owen, Louise Schofield and Soul Boy, and there are very special guest performances on top of that. It's a long one, so you've got plenty of room to move between the live sets and the dancefloor.
For context, This Feeling is an independent label that's spent two decades signing and releasing new music. Its reputation for breaking new talent is summed up by a quote from Carl Barat: 'If you're going to see the emergence of a new great band you'll see them at This Feeling first.' The anniversary party is a look back at those twenty years, with the photo gallery running alongside the music.
