Victorian-themed New Year's Eve night with live music by The Midnight Prescription at Mr Fogg's Apothecary in Mayfair.
The Midnight Prescription is the New Year's Eve party at Mr Fogg's Apothecary in Mayfair, running from 10:30pm on Thursday 31 December through to 3am on New Year's Day. It's a Victorian-themed night, in the same vein as the group's Halloween Murder Mystery and Victorian Masquerade Ball, so it's the kind of evening where dressing up fits right in.
For context, Mr Fogg's is a Victorian-inspired collection of cocktail bars and taverns across London, with venues in Mayfair, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, Soho and The City, known for live music, cockney singalongs, brunches and murder-mystery events. The Apothecary is the Mayfair house, built around Phileas J. Fogg's global adventures: a grand staircase leads up to The Apothecary Room, stocked to the rafters with his collection of bottles, potions and elixirs, and a hidden door in the wall of cabinets opens onto the adjoining Elixir Room. Resident Victorian Pharmacists greet you with a complimentary glass of champagne and dispense cocktails using precise weighing scales, served in medicinal bottles of all shapes and sizes.

It's a late one, starting at 10:30pm and carrying on until 3am, so you'll be seeing in the New Year right from the middle of it. The Apothecary is at 34 Brook Street, Mayfair, London W1K 5DH — opposite Claridge's and near Bond Street tube station.
