SIP x CREW Halloween Party: The Afterlife of Real Estate

SIP x CREW are bringing their Halloween party, The Afterlife of Real Estate, to Workstories on Thursday 22 October, from 6pm to 9pm. It's the first time the two have teamed up, and it marks the launch of 'sip' (Sisters in Property), a new property girls group chat. They describe it as a casual, supportive space for women in the real estate industry to network and make connections through informal gatherings, so this is as much an introduction to the group as it is a party.

Workstories is hosting and sponsoring the night, and the plan is a mix of drinks, nibbles, music and a DJ. The property-themed activity running alongside is the 'Graveyard of Bad Property Trends', where guests air the industry trends, habits and ideas they reckon are ready to be put to rest. Fancy dress is encouraged but not required, and the room is open to women across the property industry as well as to men who support and champion greater gender diversity.

It's part of a wider series of sip & connect events, which has already seen a sangria social hosted by EXPORMIM and a Christmas gathering at The Oxford Market Club sponsored by Arke, that one complete with a fortune teller offering festive tarot readings. This one takes the theme into the Halloween season, with the 'afterlife' angle playing on the industry trends they're burying.
