Weekly late-night radio session with throwback anthems, chart hits, hip-hop and reggaeton, 18+.
Radio is back at The Roxy on Thursday 29 October, part of their weekly Thursday night residency. It's a late one, running from 11:00pm through to 3:00am, and if you've already been, you'll know the drill: it's a high-energy night built around throwback anthems and the latest chart hits, with pop sing-alongs, hip-hop, dancefloor classics and reggaeton all in the mix. The Roxy's Thursday sessions run every week, so if this one doesn't suit, there's always the next.
It's a broad reach of music, and that's the point. You'll hear the big pop numbers everyone knows alongside hip-hop and dancefloor classics, with reggaeton thrown in to keep things moving. The sing-along side of things is a big part of it, so it's the kind of night that works best when you're out with a group rather than on your own. The Roxy is at 3-5 Rathbone Place, W1T 1HJ, right in the heart of the West End.
There are a few practical things to keep in mind before you head out. The door policy is 18+, and you'll need to show ID to get in. If you're buying tickets in advance, they're valid until 1am, and no single entry is admitted, so make sure you've got your group sorted. Drink deals run all night, with 2-4-1 Becks beer and half-price cocktail pitchers on the go. The dress code is smart-casual, with no sportswear or trainers, so leave the gym gear at home.
