Free monthly networking event for property investors, developers, agents and professionals in the London property market.
The Property Deal Network is back in Soho on Tuesday 20 October, with its monthly London meetup taking place at Archer Street Soho. It's a free networking event, so it's as much about who's in the room as what's on the table.
The Property Deal Network (PDN) is a free monthly group for property investors in London, and it's open to anyone who wants to be active in property. That covers a fair bit of ground: doing deals, financing them, sharing them, sourcing new ones, or just talking through transactions you've already completed. It's not just for the people buying and selling, either. The room brings together property investors and developers alongside real estate agents, architects, solicitors, accountants, and marketers, and the conversation tends to feed on the latest investment trends and the deals people are actually working on.
It's a casual setup rather than a formal programme. You're expected to bring business cards and whatever you're currently working on, and there's a general understanding that you buy a drink at the bar while you're there. The London Soho chapter is part of a wider monthly series that runs on several dates across the UK, so if you're in the property game, this is one of the regular spots to get out and meet the people doing the work.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in London and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

It kicks off at 19:00 at Archer Street Soho, 3-4 Archer Street, London W1D 7AP. Entry is free, so you just need to turn up with your cards and whatever you're working on.
