Victorian-inspired competitive socialising with six rounds of classic pub games played in characterful booths, with drinks and small plates delivered to the players.
Mr Fogg's Games Parlour is tucked beneath Mr Fogg's City Tavern at 37 Broadgate Circle, right in the heart of the City near Liverpool Street. It's a Victorian-inspired competitive socialising spot that takes old-school pub games and gives them a signature Mr Fogg's twist. The whole thing plays out across six rounds of play in characterful booths lit by warm lamps, with drinks and small plates delivered straight to you while you're in the middle of it. Each session runs for 80 minutes, so it's a fairly tight window to get through all six games.
To get the full picture, it helps to know where it fits in. The parlour is part of Mr Fogg's, a collection of adventurous cocktail bars and taverns across London inspired by Phileas J. Fogg, the explorer from Jules Verne's Around the World in 80 Days. The City Tavern itself is where his accountants, lawyers and bankers would gather after a day in the office, and the Games Parlour sits right underneath it. It's a bit of a hidden spot in Broadgate Circle, so you'll find it tucked away rather than out on the main street.

Beyond the gaming, the space doubles as a private hire venue for up to 80 guests standing, equipped with a screen and projector, live DJs and karaoke. If you're just coming for the games, though, the focus is on those six rounds in the booths. It opened on Monday 20 April, and it costs £10 per person.
