Live concert by American hip-hop artist Macklemore at the OVO Arena Wembley in London.
Macklemore plays OVO Arena Wembley on Friday 30 October, starting at 6:00 pm. It's a solo headline show, so it's just him on the bill.
If you've followed him since the early days, you'll know the name from The Heist, the Grammy-winning, multi-platinum album he did with producer Ryan Lewis. That's where 'Thrift Shop' and 'Can't Hold Us' came from, both of which went diamond. After that came This Unruly Mess I've Made, and then his 2017 solo debut GEMINI, which entered the Billboard Top 200 at number two and gave us the platinum singles 'Glorious' with Skylar Grey, 'Good Old Days' with Kesha, and 'Marmalade' with Lil Yachty. He's a multi-platinum, diamond-selling, Grammy award-winning artist and one of the most successful independent artists of the 21st century, with more than 13.2 billion combined streams to date.
Outside the music, he's a lifelong Seattle resident who co-founded The Residency, a hip-hop and youth development programme. He's championed racial and social justice and addiction recovery, and did an MTV special with President Obama about the opioid epidemic. He also co-owns the Seattle Sounders and the Seattle Kraken.
