Live Music in the Guinness Saloon

Live music runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the Guinness Saloon at Mr Fogg's Market Tavern, inside Covent Garden Market. It's a walk-in night, so there's no need to book ahead — you just turn up when you fancy it.

The music is set in the Guinness Saloon, a dedicated bar within the tavern. The room is built around a Guinness counter that tracks every pint served since opening day, and there's a bit of a game to it: if you order every 1,000th pint, you go onto Mr Fogg's Wall of Fame and get a free round. The 10,000th pint wins an all-expenses-paid trip to the Guinness brewery in Ireland.

Mr Fogg's Market Tavern itself is a Victorian-style tavern in the heart of Covent Garden, housed inside the historic Covent Garden Market Building. It's part of Mr Fogg's collection of cocktail bars and taverns across London, which are known for live music, cockney singalongs and late-night events. The venue takes its inspiration from the Victorian traders and merchants who once filled the market halls, and along with the Guinness Saloon, it serves signature cocktails and traditional British pub food, with a covered Courtyard Terrace for when the weather plays ball.
