International stand-up showcase with award-winning comedians from across the globe at Comedy Carnival in Covent Garden, with an 18+ audience and late bar.
International Stand Up Comedy is back at Comedy Carnival in Covent Garden on Thursday 29 October, part of their regular run of shows. It's a stand-up night that pulls from a global pool of comedians, with award-winners and TV stars on the bill. The Comedy Carnival room in Covent Garden is their main home, and this particular night is one of the many they put on across the autumn.
Comedy Carnival has been running as an international showcase since 2004, and they describe it as a bold, unfiltered stand-up experience. Over the years it's drawn comedians from across the globe, including TV favourites and Edinburgh Comedy Award nominees, and it's known for an unapologetic edge and world-class stand-up. The Covent Garden room hosts shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with a second Leicester Square venue at 3-5 Sutton Row that opens on selected Saturday nights.
The show runs for about two hours, including an interval, and a late bar opens after the performance if you want to stick around for a drink. One thing to keep in mind is that all customers must be over 18.
