Halloween club night with live soul, funk, hip-hop and R&B performances and DJs at The Blues Kitchen Brixton, from 9pm to 3am.
Halloween Got Soul is at The Blues Kitchen Brixton on Saturday 31 October, part of the 'Halloween at The Blues Kitchen London' series that runs across the group's venues all weekend. The night is billed as the only club night in town that pairs live performances with DJs, so it's a bit more than a standard gig — the live sets and the decks run together rather than one following the other.
Every Saturday, the venue brings in London musicians for two sets of soulful bangers, and this one falls on Halloween, so it's the Saturday night of the weekend's wider run. The music they're pulling from covers soul, funk, hip-hop and R&B, and the whole thing runs from 9pm straight through to 3am, which is a long stretch if you're planning to stay for the lot.
