Weekly Saturday bottomless brunch with live drag, musical bingo and a DJ at Queen of Hoxton in Shoreditch.
Queen of Hoxton runs its Drag Bottomless Brunch every Saturday from 2pm to 5pm, a three-hour stretch of singing, dancing and laughter that they pitch as the venue's sassiest kick-off to the weekend. It's a communal, high-glam affair, and they encourage you to dress to impress and even join the queens on the dance floor. The brunch takes its name from Sarah Lane, a 19th-century theatre manager who championed drag and performance, and the food draws on Bajan flavours from Barbados.
Queen of Hoxton itself is a three-story Shoreditch bar, club and rooftop, known for its neon signs, experimental design quirks and imaginative cocktails, with an iconic rooftop bar overlooking the London skyline. The brunch is just the start of the day's run: from 4pm, the afternoon carries on into a Drag & DJ Day Party, with live drag followed by DJ music that goes on until late.
