Weekly Thursday house and disco night with Cherry at the Shoreditch club XOYO.
Cherry is at XOYO on Thursday 12 November, bringing house and disco to the Shoreditch club. It's part of their regular Thursday run, so if you've missed it before, this is one of the nights they're back in the city.
XOYO has been around since 2010 and works across two rooms, the Basement and The Jungle, with a sound system that spans both. The Basement was expanded and recalibrated with more speakers and amplifiers, and The Jungle adds its own, more powerful system on top of that, along with a video wall. The whole place is fitted with 350 metres of pixel tubes and six LED cubes, and there's a greenroom for the artists. The room holds 800 people, and the night is strictly for over-18s.
One thing to keep in mind is the dress code: jeans and sneakers are fine, but tracksuits, suits and costumes are off-limits, except on Halloween. It's a straightforward house and disco night, so you know what you're getting on the dancefloor.

It runs from 10:30pm to 3:00am, with last entry at 2:30am, so you've got plenty of time to get there without rushing. Tickets go from £6 to £27.50, and it's at XOYO, 32-37 Cowper St, London EC2A 4AP.
