Brick Lane Laughs: Ed Byrne, Milton Jones and Ninia Benjamin hosted by Stephen K Amos

Brick Lane Laughs brings Ed Byrne, Milton Jones and Ninia Benjamin to Ninety One on Wednesday 28 October, with Stephen K Amos hosting. It's one of the newer comedy nights in the East End, and the bill puts some of the biggest names from TV alongside the UK's more recent comedy talent on Brick Lane.

Stephen K Amos takes the lead as host, a globe-trotting stand-up whose face and voice have appeared on Live at the Apollo, QI, Have I Got News For You and his own BBC Two series. The main bill brings together three very different styles. Ninia Benjamin first shot to fame on the award-winning BBC Three sketch show 3 Non-Blondes. Ed Byrne is a comedy heavyweight known for razor-sharp observations and dry delivery. And Milton Jones is the one-liner genius whose act is built on lightning-fast gags and wordplay.

The room is Ninety One, set inside the Old Brewmaster's House of the Truman Brewery and known as the home of the £5 pint. It's right on Brick Lane, so there's plenty of the neighbourhood to wander around before and after. The night is strictly 18+, and you'll need a physical and scannable ID to get in. Seating is unreserved and assigned on entry, so if you're keen on a particular spot, it's worth arriving a bit early.

Doors open at 7:00 PM and the show starts at 8:00 PM, with the whole thing running until 10:30. Tickets start from £22.00.
