A Grade II* listed building at the Pier Head in Liverpool, designed by William Edward Willink and Philip Coldwell Thicknesse and constructed between 1914 and 1917. It forms part of the Three Graces with the neighbouring Royal Liver Building and Port of Liverpool Building.
