Triple Headline Christmas Comedy Special

Hot Water Comedy are bringing their Triple Headline Christmas Comedy Special to Blackstock Market on Saturday 26 December. It's the promoter's flagship show, and they've put together a line-up of four names: Danny McLoughlin, Phil Chapman, Freddy Quinne and Tony Carroll.

There's a fair bit of range across the four. Danny McLoughlin was a Chortle Student Comedian of the Year finalist in 2008 and played the Edinburgh Festival in 2009. Phil Chapman is one of the circuit's most prolific writers, with credits for BBC Radio 4's The News Quiz and Newsjack. Freddy Quinne is a Manchester comedian known for his northern observational humour, and Tony Carroll has been a standout act since 2010 and a regular headliner at the club.

Hot Water Comedy is based here in Liverpool and is widely regarded as the UK's best comedy promoter, running award-winning, purpose-built comedy venues. They describe this special as a side-splitting night that gathers some of the finest headline comedians from across the UK and beyond alongside regular TV faces. It's pitched as a good fit for work Christmas nights out, with live music and food on the go all day at Blackstock Market and private hire packages available for groups of up to 200.
