The Leadership Pit Stop

The Leadership Pit Stop runs at Box Studios on Tuesday 3 November, a morning session led by Dave Verburg. It's set up as a space for leaders to step out of the 'busyness' of leadership and back into the 'business' of it, and the whole thing is built around the idea of taking a proper pause rather than just squeezing another meeting into the calendar.

Verburg frames the morning as a chance to recharge your leadership skills, learn from the other people in the room, set some concrete goals, and embrace a bit of accountability. The aim is to leave the session feeling refreshed and refocused, rather than just having ticked another box. It's an in-person morning, so you'll be working through it with other leaders rather than listening to a presentation from a distance.

It's held at Box Studios on Boundary Street in Liverpool, with doors opening at 9:00 and the session running from 9:30 until 12:30. There's free parking available on-site, which makes it easy to get to without worrying about the morning rush. Entry is free, so it's a low-stakes way to spend a few hours on your own leadership if you've been feeling the weight of the day-to-day.
