90-minute cocktail masterclass led by a Revolution Bars bartender, paired with a three-course meal for two.
Revolution Bars in Liverpool are running a cocktail masterclass and three-course meal for two on Wednesday 28 October. It's one of those things that works as a date night or a proper catch-up with a friend, and it puts the making and the eating in the same place.
The masterclass itself is 90 minutes long, led by one of the bar's own bartenders who takes you through the basics of shaking, stirring and sipping. You get to make your own Revolution cocktails, and the choice is yours, so you can stick to the ones you already know and like rather than being told what to mix. If you're not drinking, there are boozeless options available, so you can still get stuck into the making part without the alcohol.
Revolution has run over a million of these sessions across its venues, so the format is well-worn ground. The class is paired with a three-course meal for two, which means you've got the drink-making and the dinner sorted in one go. It's a fair bit more than just a few rounds at the bar, and the whole thing is set at the Liverpool site.
