The Property Deal Network Liverpool is back at Pier Eight Restaurant And Bar on Thursday 12 November, starting at 19:00. It's a relaxed monthly meetup for property investors, developers and professionals who prefer to do business face-to-face, and the group meets on the second Thursday of each month except December.

The room brings together everyone from first-time investors to portfolio landlords, alongside sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects and accountants. The currency of the evening is exactly that: attendees bring deals, capital or search for joint venture partners and professional services. The format is kept simple — arrive, grab a drink and start talking, with no front-of-house presentations or pitches. It's a night for talking shop rather than listening to one.
