Stand-up show by Paul Smith, billed as the biggest and boldest of his career, as part of his Happy world tour.
Paul Smith is back in Liverpool on Saturday 27 November 2027, playing the M&S Bank Arena at Kings Dock. He's touring HAPPY, which he bills as the biggest and boldest show of his career, and it's part of a world tour that takes in the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, with more dates to follow in 2027.
If you've seen him before, you'll know where he comes from. Smith is a firm favourite at Hot Water Comedy Club, where he was crowned Liverpool's New Comedian of the Year and later named a finalist at The Leicester Comedian of the Year. HAPPY builds on that, taking his trademark crowd work, razor-sharp observations and laugh-out-loud true stories to a new level. He describes the set as fast, fearless and relentlessly funny, with outrageous audience interaction — so if you're the type who likes to sit in the back and stay out of the spotlight, you might want to pick your seat carefully.
The show is presented by Hot Water Comedy, the Liverpool-based promoter that's widely regarded as the UK's best and runs two award-winning, purpose-built comedy venues. They've worked with Smith since his early days in the city, and this is one of the bigger rooms he's played.
