Paranormal investigation night guided by DeadLive through the historic Lark Lane police station, including the former Florence Maybrick cell and morgue.
DeadLive are running a ghost hunt at the Lark Lane Old Police Station on Saturday 31 October, from 9:00 pm through to around 2:00 am. It's a Halloween night in one of Liverpool's most character-filled districts, and the venue is exactly what it sounds like: a historic former police station on Lark Lane, once a place of law and order, now open for paranormal investigation.
Over the years, paranormal teams have reported footsteps in empty corridors, temperature drops in the holding cells, and voices when no one was speaking. You'll be guided through the approved investigation areas, which include the original cell where Florence Maybrick was once held, the sports hall, the former morgue room, and the hub room. It's a fair bit of ground to cover, and the cells and morgue room are the kind of spots that give the night its weight.
DeadLive frame the evening as a search for truth, energy, and authentic paranormal exploration rather than as theatrics. The focus is on the building itself and what might still be lingering in it, so it's less about the jump-scares and more about the investigation. If you've spent any time around Lark Lane, you know the area has its own particular energy, and this is a chance to see the inside of a building that's usually closed off.
