Hot Water Comedy's flagship double headline stand-up show with headliners Phil Chapman, Freddy Quinne and Christian Reilly at Blackstock Market.
Hot Water Comedy are back at Blackstock Market on Saturday 31 October with their Double Headline Show, the flagship night for the Liverpool-based promoter. The format is what it says on the tin: two headline acts on one bill, and this time around they're pairing Phil Chapman, Freddy Quinne and Christian Reilly.
Chapman is one of the circuit's most prolific writers, and that side of his work has taken him beyond the stage: he's been invited to write for BBC Radio 4's The News Quiz and BBC Radio 4 Extra's Newsjack. Freddy Quinne is a Manchester-based, award-winning comedian whose observational humour is described as uniquely northern, and it's taken him to some of the biggest clubs in the country. Christian Reilly first joined a band at 15, and later became an integral part of the Perrier award-winning show Otis Lee Crenshaw and the Black Liars with Rich Hall, a credit that's taken him around the world.
Hot Water Comedy is widely regarded as the UK's best comedy promoter and runs two award-winning, purpose-built comedy venues. The Double Headline Show is billed as their flagship show, pairing some of the finest headline comedians from across the UK and beyond with regular television faces. The whole thing runs from the Hot Water Comedy Club inside Blackstock Market, at 17 Blackstock Street, Liverpool L3 6ER.
