Orchestral show that reimagines dance anthems from Liverpool's legendary Cream nightclub, part of On The Waterfront 2027.
Cream Classical returns to Pier Head on Saturday 19 June 2027, as part of the On The Waterfront festival. It's a dance music night reimagined for a live orchestra, with dance anthems played through orchestral arrangements and live vocals. The show celebrates the music and the legacy of Liverpool's Cream nightclub, and it's built a following that spans generations of dance music fans.
It follows the 10th anniversary celebrations the series held in 2026, so this is the next chapter for the project. The whole thing is curated by Paul Roberts of K-Klass, who's described performing these well-known tracks in this way as a blessing, adding that making people happy is the best reward. The format stays the same: dance music and a live orchestra sharing the stage, with the vocals handled live rather than as a recording.

Because it's part of On The Waterfront, it's an outdoor show right on the waterfront at Pier Head, and the date is Saturday 19 June 2027.
