Connecting Creatives | Liverpool

Connecting Creatives comes to the Royal Institution Bar on Tuesday 20 October, from 17:30 to 21:30. It's a networking night for creatives, part of Trident Productions Events' Creatives Networking collection, and this edition lands at 24 Colquitt Street in the city centre.

The collection is built around a pop-up format: each edition takes place in a different venue and often in a different city, with Trident Productions hosting every one. The aim is to spark collaboration, connection and opportunity among emerging and established talent across the arts. It's a broad tent, and the night brings together people working in film, TV, theatre, music, visual arts, photography, fashion, design, publishing, podcasts, games and digital media. If you're in any of those fields, you'll find others from yours and a good few from the ones you don't know yet.

Because it's a networking event, the whole point is to talk to people and see what they're up to. It's as much about the conversations you have as anything else on the night, and the mix of disciplines means you're likely to run into people you wouldn't normally cross paths with. Whether you're just starting out or have been working for years, it's a chance to put faces to names and maybe find a collaborator for something new.

It runs from 17:30 to 21:30 at the Royal Institution Bar, 24 Colquitt Street, L1 4DE, so you can drop in after work and stay as long as you like. Tickets start from £12.
