East End Dubs is headlining CIRCUS Halloween at Blackstone St Warehouse on Saturday 31 October, with the whole thing kicking off at 14:00. It's a Halloween special, so the date itself does a fair bit of the heavy lifting — it's Halloween day, and the party starts in the afternoon rather than the middle of the night.
