Big Condo Records Presents Aftermath 10

Big Condo Records are back with Aftermath 10 at The Hold The Shipping Forecast on Sunday 15 November. It's the tenth edition of the series, and they've put together a full afternoon of live music in the heart of the Ropewalks.

The line-up runs through seven acts: Kingsway, Satellite Zero, The Fleecers, Dissociates, Poppy Kelly & Ramon Vasco, Will Evans, and Turnaround. With that many names on one bill, it's more of a showcase than a single headline set, so you'll get a good run of different sounds across the afternoon rather than one band taking the whole spotlight. If you've been following the Aftermath series, this is the tenth one to come through, and the bill keeps the same multi-act format that's defined the previous nine.

The Hold The Shipping Forecast is on Slater Street, about five minutes' walk from Liverpool Central station. It's a hybrid venue that does food, drink and live music under one roof, with vintage shopping and a roast on the menu alongside the bookings. The music happens in a nightclub room with a capacity of 150, so it's a relatively small space that keeps things close to the stage.

It's an afternoon session, running from 14:00 to 18:30, so you're in and out well before the evening kicks in. Tickets are £10 via Skiddle, and with the venue so close to the station, it's an easy one to get to and leave whenever you fancy.
