Autumn Equinox Candle Lit 90 Min Meditation & Sound Healing is at Unitarian Church Liverpool on Tuesday 20 October, starting at 19:30. It's a ninety-minute session set inside the historic church, which will be lit by candles that pick out the building's old architecture. The evening is billed as a chance to step away from everyday noise and restore balance to body and spirit.

The session itself is a ninety-minute journey of immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls and chimes, Reiki energy healing, and guided meditation, and it invites you to connect more deeply with yourself. It sits under the mindfulness, meditation, and yoga tags, so it's a quiet, slow-paced night rather than a performance you watch from a distance.
