A cabaret night of performances from favourite Disney films, held at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts as a fundraiser for Sunlight Childrens Services.
A Night of Disney Cabaret comes to the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts on Saturday 14 November, with the evening built around performances from favourite Disney films. It's a cabaret night, so the songs are the focus, and the whole thing is put on as a fundraiser for Sunlight Children's Services.
If you've spent any time around the city, you'll know the Institute — it's on Mount Street, L1 9HF. The night itself is a Disney-themed cabaret, which means the set is drawn from the films we all know, performed in that cabaret style that puts the music front and centre. It's the kind of thing that works just as well if you're going with a group of friends as it does if you're taking the kids along.
Beyond the music, there's a bit more to it than just a night out. The evening is a fundraiser for Sunlight Children's Services, so the money raised goes to their work with children. It's one of those nights where you get a full show and your ticket does something useful on the side.
