Winter Warmer Christmas Party - London Marathon Fundraiser

The Winter Warmer Christmas Party is coming to Kirkstall Educational Cricket Club on Saturday 28 November, a night of Christmas food, dancing and a raffle, all in aid of Cancer Research UK. It's a fundraiser tied to the London Marathon, so the evening is about more than just the party itself.

It's an all-ages affair, which makes it an easy one to bring the whole family along to. The plan for the night is a classic Christmas do: food on the table, a dance floor to work through, and a raffle to get stuck into. It's the kind of thing that works just as well if you're coming with a group of friends as it does if you're bringing the kids.

Practicalities are straightforward. The venue is Kirkstall Educational Cricket Club on Queenswood Drive in Kirkstall, LS63HT, and there's free parking on site, which is a handy one if you're driving in from across the city. The night runs from 7 PM until midnight, so you've got plenty of time to make your way through the food, the dancing and the raffle without having to rush.

Tickets are £16.96 and you can get them through Eventbrite. Just a heads-up that there are no refunds on tickets, so it's worth sorting your numbers before you commit. With the money going to Cancer Research UK, it's a night that does a bit of good while you're at it.
