Tommy Smith plays The Lending Room in Leeds with all profits donated to Martin House Children's Hospice.
Tommy Smith plays The Lending Room on Thursday 3 December, a night curated in aid of Martin House Children's Hospice. All profits from the evening go to support the hospice's work with children, young people and families across Yorkshire, so it's one of those gigs where your ticket does a bit more than just get you through the door.
Smith headlines the bill, and the night is put on by Venture Entertainment, who are connected with JMG Group — the same group Smith is part of. It's a local connection that keeps the whole thing within the same circle, with the profits heading straight to Martin House.
If you're not familiar with the hospice, Martin House provides care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and supports their families across Yorkshire. The work they do is exactly what the profits from this night are intended to fund, so the more people who turn up, the more they can keep that support going.
