Peter Kay brings his 'Better Late Than Never' stand-up tour to the Leeds Arena, with all profits from the final shows donated to cancer charities.
Peter Kay is playing Leeds First Direct Bank Arena on Friday 4 December, starting at 18:30. It's his first stand-up tour in 12 years, so it's been a long wait since he last took a show like this on the road.
Kay is a North West comedian, actor, writer, producer and singer, and he's long been one of the UK's biggest-selling arena artists. He holds the record as the only artist in the world to have performed a monthly residency at London's The O2, which began in 2022. He was named North West Comedian of the Year back in 1998, and his observational humour is rooted in working-class life and British culture — the kind of stuff that's earned him multiple awards and made his live shows some of the most successful runs in British comedy tour history.

There's a charitable side to this tour, too. All profits from the final performances are donated to 12 cancer charities, a move Kay said felt right, so that people could come out, share a few laughs and do something good at the same time. If you're heading to the Leeds date, it's at the First Direct Bank Arena on Clay Pit Lane, LS2 8AR, on Friday 4 December, with the show starting at 18:30.
