In-person meditation and mindfulness session led by Libby Steggles-Ginn using the Max Meditation System.
Libby Steggles-Ginn is running a Max Meditation Evening at Margarets House in Roundhay on Thursday 22 October, from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. It's held in the 'Unwind' room at 2 Devonshire Crescent, Leeds LS8 1EP.
Steggles-Ginn is an international transformational, parent and family coach and healer, trained and certified to teach meditation and a Life Activation Practitioner. She leads the session in person, guiding the group through a series of techniques designed to bring about a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness. It's a space open to everyone, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners, so you don't need any prior experience to join in.
One thing to keep in mind is that you sit rather than lie down during the session. Because of that, it's a good idea to bring a blanket, some water or a cushion, and to wear loose, comfortable clothes. People who've been before have talked about sleeping better and feeling calmer the following morning, and some have mentioned tingling sensations during the session itself.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Leeds and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
