Stand-up show by Jeff Innocent, following his debut tour 'Smart Casual', in which he embraces his twilight years.
Jeff Innocent is back at the City Varieties Music Hall on Sunday 12 September 2027, with a new hour of stand-up called Leaning In. It's his first time on stage since his debut tour, Smart Casual, and the title gives you a fair idea of where he's heading this time around: he's 70 now, and he's decided to embrace his twilight years with a calm and accepting mindset.
It's a new hour, so you're getting fresh material rather than a best-of from the first run. The show is presented by LDN Comedy and is recommended for ages 16 and over, with parental guidance advised. If you're not familiar with him, the reviews have been very kind. The Evening Standard called him so funny 'it should be made law that every British Citizen must go and see Jeff Innocent', and The Times said he 'delivers a masterclass in stand up comedy every time he performs'.
One thing to keep in mind is that the night runs a bit longer than a standard hour. The show starts at 7:00pm and the total running time is about an hour and 40 minutes, which includes an interval. Tickets are £30.50, and if you're after a box, those are £33.50 per person and need to be booked by calling the Box Office on 0113 243 0808.
