Jalen Ngonda live in concert at O2 Academy Leeds, supporting his album Doctrine Of Love, with support from Brooke Combe.
Jalen Ngonda plays O2 Academy Leeds on Sunday 1 November, with Brooke Combe opening the night. It's part of a six-date tour, and the Leeds show is one of the few stops on the run.
Ngonda is touring in support of his second album, Doctrine Of Love, which has been described as an instant classic brimming with confidence and swagger. Over the last three years, he's moved from being a cult favourite to a bona fide soul torchbearer, taking his sound from intimate club stages to arenas and international festivals and cementing his reputation as one of contemporary music's most compelling performers. This tour is the first time he'll be bringing that record out on the road, so the set will be built around the new material.
He's not coming alone, either. Brooke Combe takes the support slot, meaning there's a full evening of live music before the main set kicks off. Between the two, you'll get a proper night of soul and roots, with Ngonda's voice at the centre of it.

Doors open at 19:00, with a curfew of 23:00, so there's plenty of time to get in and settle before the music starts. Tickets are available through the O2 Academy Leeds and Live Nation.
