In-store styling workshop by John Lewis's personal styling team on building a seasonal autumn capsule wardrobe, for My John Lewis members.
John Lewis Leeds is hosting a workshop on building and styling an autumn wardrobe on Friday 23 October, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. It's run by the store's personal styling team and held in the first-floor style studio on Harewood Street, LS2 7AR.
The session walks through the new season's autumn collection, with the styling team showing how to put together a seasonal capsule wardrobe. They describe the hallmarks of the season as sculptural tailoring, effortless layering, strong silhouettes, tactile depth and refined ease — dressing with intention, comfort and grace, one considered layer at a time. If you've been staring at your wardrobe wondering how to actually make those pieces work together, that's exactly what they'll be getting into.
It's a My John Lewis member event, so you'll need to be a member to book, though you can book additional tickets for guests. On arrival, you're welcomed with a complimentary glass of fizz, with non-alcoholic alternatives available, so it's as much a social thing as a practical one.

Tickets are £5, which is redeemable against any fashion purchases you make on the day, so if you end up picking something up from the collection, the session effectively pays for itself. It runs from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on Friday 23 October at John Lewis Leeds, first-floor style studio.
