Beginner-friendly one-to-one Cricut workshop with an experienced Hobbycraft colleague, redeemable within 12 months of purchase.
Hobbycraft is running one-to-one Cricut workshops across its Leeds stores, and the next session is on Thursday 22 October. It's a bespoke hour of tuition with an experienced colleague, so instead of a group class where you're just one of many, you've got someone's full attention for the whole sixty minutes. It's built for beginners, and because it's one-to-one, the session is tailored to you and what you actually want to make, rather than following a set syllabus.
One of the best bits is that it covers all the Cricut machine types—Maker, Joy, Joy Xtra and Explore—so it doesn't matter which one you've got on your desk. They'll walk you through how to work with Design Space, the software that runs the machines, and how to handle different materials, which is usually where people get stuck. If you've been staring at your machine wondering where to start, this is exactly the kind of thing that gets you moving.

It's open to adults and anyone aged 14 and over, so it works as a solo thing or something to do with a teenager. The session is sold as a gift voucher, which you can redeem for your in-store slot at any time within 12 months of purchase, so you're not rushed into booking a date the moment you buy it. It costs £28 for the hour.
