Beginner-friendly dance workshop to learn a choreographed routine inspired by the Rocky Horror soundtrack.
The Dance Studio Leeds are running a Rocky Horror dance workshop at Left Bank on Tuesday 20 October, from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. It's a one-off session in Burley, and the whole thing is built around the Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack.
The format is straightforward: you'll learn a choreographed routine set to the music from the film. It's pitched as a beginner-friendly and sociable class, open to all levels, so you don't need to be a dancer to get involved. If you've never stepped foot in a studio before, you're in the right place.
The session is run by The Dance Studio Leeds, who are based at Mabgate Mills in LS9. They do a broad range of adult dance classes for beginners and more experienced levels, alongside wedding dance lessons, parties, team building, venue hire and educational outreach. This is one of their pop-up sessions away from their usual home.
