Day of live music with The Cindys, Normal Village, Oscar Browne, Rhiannon Hope, Ladylike and Laughing across Home and Away stages at the Brudenell Social Club.
Back To Back Festival returns to Brudenell Social Club on Saturday 23 January 2027, as part of Independent Venue Week. It's a day that started as a showcase for bands that call Leeds home and has since grown to welcome acts from across the UK, though it's kept the same rule: half the line-up has to be local, split across 'Home' and 'Away' stages. This edition follows sell-out runs in 2025 and 2026, so it's worth getting your tickets in early.
The line-up for the day is The Cindys, Normal Village, Oscar Browne, Rhiannon Hope, and Ladylike and Laughing, who'll be making their debut live outing. With the Home and Away stages running, you'll be moving between the two throughout the afternoon and evening, catching a mix of local Leeds talent and bands coming in from elsewhere.
The Brudenell itself is a long-standing centrepiece of the city's music scene, once known for hosting secret gigs by the likes of Franz Ferdinand and the Kaiser Chiefs. It's still a proper social club, with a games room that does snooker, pool, darts and table football, so there's plenty to do between sets if you're not just standing by the stage.
