Concert featuring Adult DVD, supported by Lemonsuckr, Group A.D. and Kiosk at the Brudenell Social Club.
Adult DVD play the Brudenell Social Club on Friday 30 October, with Lemonsuckr, Group AD and Kiosk on the bill. It's a Leeds six-piece, started by vocalist Harry Hanson and synth-player Greg Lonsdale, who later added Danny Blackburn, Jake Williams, Jonathan Newell and George Manson to the line-up.
Their sound sits somewhere between chorus-heavy indie and pulsing electronics, with 90s acid house running through it. It's held together by a bit of humour, bold danceable instrumentals and songwriting that sticks. Rolling Stone UK named them one of the 'Ones To Watch For 2026', and they've picked up playlisting on BBC 6 Music, with support from BBC Radio 1, Radio X and BBC Introducing. They've also played the BBC 6 Music Festival.
There are a couple of songs you might recognise. Bill Murray has become a festival sing-along, and Do Something, from the 2024 EP Next Day Shipping, made the 6 Music B-list. They've built their following around the Brudenell and Belgrave Music Hall, and have played The Great Escape, Deer Shed Festival and Live at Leeds.
