Club-driven bass-music producer WonkyWilla performs live at the Madrid Theatre in Kansas City, with support from OVEREAZY.
WonkyWilla plays the Madrid Theatre on Wednesday, November 25, with OVEREAZY opening. The show starts at 8:30 PM at 3810 Main St in Kansas City.
WonkyWilla is the stage name of Nicholas Olivieri, a 22-year-old bass-music producer based in Florida. He works in a club-driven, bass-heavy sound that's earned him support from Barclay Crenshaw, Cannabliss, Tvboo, Ahee, Zingara, A Hundred Drums, and Maddy O'Neal. He's shared stages with TvBoo, Ahee, Champagne Drip, Super Future, Zingara, and Manic Focus.
His tracks have built a following over the last two years. Orgasmic has more than 3 million streams, and Wook Dancer is close to 500,000. He also put out a dubstep remix of Fergee's London Bridge, which has gathered more than 250,000 streams. That's the kind of bass-heavy territory he's operating in, so if you're into that side of electronic music, this is right up your alley.
