Risqué Secrets - Fall Edition

Risqué Revelry brings back Risqué Secrets on Friday, November 6, at 1734 Cherry St in Hospital Hill. It's the final edition of the series for the year, so if you've been meaning to catch one, this is the last chance until next year. The show is a burlesque and variety production, and the Revelry crew describes themselves as Kansas City's only Indigenous Hawaiian and Latina-owned production of its kind.

The lineup is a full house. Annie Cherry, Rozay, BuTae, Magnolia, Midnight, Tiana, Charming, Wednesday Patron, and Honey all take the stage, with Hex in the mix. There's a special intermission act by The Amazing Martika and stage starlet Miss Metamorphosis, plus the constellation crew of Barrier, Raffle, Papa Amoretto, Tip and the Stage Starlets. It's a variety show in the truest sense—burlesque is the anchor, but the bill stretches across a whole range of acts.

Logistically, it's a long night. The show runs about two hours with an intermission, and it's for 21+ audiences only. Doors open at 8 PM, and the show itself runs from 9 PM to 11 PM. There's free parking on site, which is a nice perk for a Hospital Hill spot.

Tickets start at $16 for Early Bird General Admission, with Early Bird VIP at $25. After that, General Admission goes to $25 and VIP Front Row to $37.
